TecMail is a Unique Tool that allows the user to email Documents to the Customers and Suppliers. The standard forms include Invoices, Quotations, Credit notes, Statements, Purchase orders and Creditor Remittance but any form can be modified to cater for the customers needs.
TecBackup was created to assist the customer in making/scheduling backups. The tool can be set to create up to 3 backups to different drives or paths. TecBackup can store multiple copies, depending on the space available on these drives. The backups can be executed manually or scheduled to run at a specified time.
